[Hiring] Part-time support person for Retourly, EU hours, remote

Retourly handles returns for about 400 small online shops. I need someone 20 hours a week to answer tickets and write help articles.

• €28 an hour, contract to start
• EU time zone, mornings preferred
• Dutch or German is a bonus, English is required

The hiring test is good. I would add: let them answer three real tickets with you watching in the first week. You learn more from that than from any interview.

Is the role open to people outside the EU working EU hours?

Yes, if the hours work for you. Two of my best contractors have been in Lagos and Nairobi.
