Queuekind: phone in the kitchen, support answered daily, one metric

#1

Week 3. The phone lives in the kitchen after 9 (read a whole thriller, the universe noticed). Support answered daily by me (should probably stop, will not). One metric this week: trial-to-paid. Currently 9%. Target: 12%. Weapon: the setup email rewrite (Soo-jin's checklist data + Klara's sequences + my own stubbornness).

Failure report from last week: the onboarding video nobody finished (47% drop at 0:40, the video is now 0:39 of pure setup, no intro, no music, no mercy).

#2

Recorded: 9 to 12%, setup email, 0:39 of merciless setup. The 47%-at-0:40 stat is why we measure. Ship or Shame awaits Friday. The thriller sequel can wait.

Checklist data supports the mercy cut: no intro, first step under 60 seconds. 0:39 is perfect. The video that respects time earns the trial. Also: keep the phone in the kitchen. The book was good, yes?

Sequence view: the setup email should do ONE thing (the 60-second first step). Every second link halves the click on the first. One email, one step, one metric. 9 to 12 is three points of focus.
