A quick exercise for new and old members alike.
Describe what you are building in one sentence that a stranger at a bus stop would understand. The usual shape is:
I help [specific person] do [specific thing] without [the annoying part].
Rules:
- No "platform", "solution", "AI-powered" or "all-in-one".
- If you need the word "and", you have two products. Pick one for this thread.
- Add your link on a second line if you have one.
Then do the useful part: read the sentence above yours and reply with what you think the product does and who pays for it. If you got it wrong, that tells the author more than a compliment would.
Founders who try this usually find that the sentence on their landing page is not the one they would say out loud. The out-loud one is nearly always better.
