Small wins, September edition. Nothing is too small

Got my first reply to a cold email. It said "not now". I have decided "not now" is a win.

"Not now" is a win. I have 40 customers who started as "not now". Follow up in six weeks.

Waiting list passed 200. I do not have an app. I have a coach's notebook and a form.

Tom said one of my ideas was "not terrible". Framing it.
