Escola: enrolments without spreadsheets (Porto, language schools)

#1

One thread per product. Escola: CRM for language schools (enrolments, schedules, payments, the unholy trinity of admin). Built because cousin Inês suffered visibly and I could not watch. Family-driven development (the purest methodology).

Numbers: 1,760 MRR, 22 schools, churn 1.4% (schools churn in summers, return in Septembers, seasons calendared). Killer feature: the September rush handler (200 enrolments in a week, zero spreadsheets, one calm coordinator).

Cousin review: "She reminds me she was first. The software reminds her she was right." (Inês M., first customer, finest critic.)

Cousin and first customer confirming: the September rush handler saved the term. 200 enrolments, one calm coordinator (me, calm, allegedly). Family-driven development works. The umbrella debt is separate. (Dario. The umbrella.)

Fellow teacher-customer: language schools run on September. Software that survives September survives everything. The calm-coordinator metric is the review that matters. Calm is the feature.

Umbrella logistics update: safe, dry, Lisbon-bound. Software review: booking-adjacent scheduling is the family (Tavolo nods at Escola). Family-driven development: valid methodology. The umbrella: returning.
