For a bug, tell us:
- What you were doing
- What you expected
- What happened instead
- Your device and browser
- A screenshot if you can
For a feature request, tell us:
- What you were trying to do when you wished for it
- How you get round it today
- How often it comes up
The second format matters. "Add tags" is hard to act on. "I wanted to find every thread about Stripe alternatives and had to search three times" tells us what to build.
We read everything here. We will not build everything, and when we decide against something we will say so and say why, so that you are not left waiting.
Security problems should not be posted publicly. Send those to staff by direct message.
