A standing thread. Come back to it every Friday.
Reply with one thing that moved forward this week. It does not have to be impressive. Examples of perfectly good replies:
- "Fixed the onboarding bug that had been open since August."
- "Sent 20 outreach emails. Two replies, one call booked."
- "Wrote the pricing page. It is ugly. It is live."
- "Took Wednesday off and did not check the dashboard."
Two house rules:
- No comparing. Someone's first $10 and someone else's $10,000 month both belong here.
- Reply to one other person. A question is better than a clap. "What did the email say?" is the most useful reply this thread ever gets.
If you had a week with nothing to report, say that too. A run of empty Fridays is information, and Goals & Accountability is the place to do something about it.
