Every founder has a list longer than their time. How you choose from it shapes the product more than any single feature does.

Simple methods people use:
- Count the requests. Build what most paying customers ask for.
- Follow the money. Build what closes sales or stops cancellations.
- Fix the funnel. Find the step where most people drop out and work there.
- Score it. Rate each idea on how many people it helps, how much it helps and how long it takes.
- One theme per month. Pick a goal, such as faster onboarding, and only do work that serves it.
- Scratch your own itch. Build what you need as a user.
