All of these count:
- The first stranger who paid you
- The first refund, because it means someone bought
- A support email that said thank you
- Shipping the thing you had put off for a month
- A cancelled customer who told you why
- Quitting a channel that was not working
How to write it up so it helps other people:
- What happened, in one line.
- What led to it. What did you actually do in the two weeks before?
- What you would repeat, and what was luck.
The third point matters most. A win with no account of how it happened is a nice post. A win that says "this came from the fourth cold email, the one where I dropped the pitch" is something another member can use on Monday.
