Before you post, remove:
- Passwords, API keys and tokens, including from screenshots and logs
- Real customer data
- Server addresses and internal hostnames you would not want published
If you have already posted a secret anywhere, treat it as leaked and replace it. Deleting the post is not enough.
When you ask for help, include:
- Where it runs: provider, a managed platform or your own server
- What changed just before the problem
- The exact error
- What you have tried
Reporting a security problem. If you find a hole in someone's product, tell them privately first and give them time to fix it. Do not post working exploits here. If the problem is with FoundersOnly, message staff directly.
