- In Programmatic SEO without the spam: 400 location pages that rank and convert20d agoTechnical addendum: sibling interlinking plus a proper sitemap with lastmod that you actually maintain. Half the programmatic sites I audit have sitemaps from 2023. Search engines notice the lie.
- In 1,900 pages, written by people, ranked by patience: SEO the slow way22d agoTechnical SEO confirms. The internal-links-to-old-winners hour is criminally underrated. And your hreflang is probably wrong, all of yours, I checked some. (With love.)
- In Which tools do you wish you had a member discount for?24d agoCrawl tooling. The good ones cost more than my audit fees some months. Would switch for anything with honest limits and a maintained sitemap validator. Honest limits beat generous lies.
- In When do you kill a project? Share the rule you use24d agoTechnical-SEO rule, adapted: any experiment gets 90 days and a written kill metric before it starts. No metric, no experiment. The written part matters: memory renegotiates, paper does not. Kill rules are contracts…
- In SEO & Content: how to ask for help and what to include24d agoTechnical addendum: include your sitemap age and hreflang state if multi-locale. Half my audits start with "the tags rotted while the site moved." And your hreflang is probably wrong. All of yours. With love, Helsinki.
