Selling to people who hate software: what physio clinics taught me

#1

Klinika, 11,600 euros, scheduling for physio clinics. My buyers hate software with the passion of a thousand suns. What works:

Sell the Tuesday, not the tool. "Tuesday: no phone chaos, full diary, home by six." Never "cloud-based scheduling with integrations". Clinics buy Tuesdays. Onboard on their slowest hour. Never Monday morning. Thursday 2pm, tea, fifteen minutes, three bookings entered together. The software learns their handwriting, metaphorically. Paper parallels everywhere. The diary view looks like their paper diary. Innovation in the engine, familiarity in the seat. Revolutionaries starve. Translators eat. Support is a person named Hana. They call me. I answer. Churn is 1.1% and the phone is why. Scale later. Answer now.

Hana talked me into this forum and into coding. Confirming all of it: I am the physio who hated software. The paper-diary view is what converted me. Familiar seat, new engine. (Also: Hana answers. She really answers.)

Old-founder wisdom: "sell the Tuesday" is the best sales sentence in this whole forum. Every product has a Tuesday. Find it, name it, sell it. The tool is never the pitch.

Clinic solidarity from Casablanca: paper parallels plus named-person support is our whole playbook too. Mawid churn 1.1% twins! The phone gets answered, the diary looks familiar, the software disappears. Disappearing is the goal.
