Ana, I sell to physio clinics and my first customer was my own physiotherapist, so I know this exact problem. Ask your mother which other pharmacist she complains to about stock. That is your second customer. Message me if you want my script for the first call.

Samira, Casablanca. Building a booking tool for hammams and spas. Three paying customers at 15 euros a month, so real number is 45 euros. Stuck on whether to translate the app to French before or after I get to ten customers.
Localisation is my job. If your three customers already use it in the language it is in, wait. Translate when a specific buyer tells you it is the reason they will not pay. Happy to look at your strings when you get there.
