Three kinds of thread belong here.
1. The plan (before). Post where you are launching, when, and what you have prepared. Ask for holes. Include your headline, your first comment and your assets.
2. The live thread (during). Post updates through the day: what is working, what broke, what you are changing. Members following along can spot problems you are too busy to see.
3. The results (after). The most valuable of the three. Include:
- Where you launched and on what day
- Visits, signups and sales, by source if you can
- What you prepared and how long it took
- What you would do differently
- What happened in the two weeks afterwards
A note on asking for support. You may tell members your launch is live and ask for honest feedback. Do not ask for votes or organise voting. Most launch platforms forbid it and penalise it, and it tells you nothing about whether strangers want the product.
A launch is one day. Most products launch several times, in several places. Treat each one as practice.
