No-code builder learns SQL: what changed (and what did not)

#1

A year ago I could not write a JOIN. Formulário now writes to your own database, which forced me to learn the thing I was abstracting. Report:

What changed: I debug customer issues 10x faster (I can read the query log now), my "impossible" list shrank (half of it was just SQL), and I stopped fearing migrations (still respect them, thanks hoshi).

What did not change: customers do not care what powers it. "Now with real SQL" converted zero trials. "Your data stays in your database" converted plenty. Sell the property, not the technology.

No-code got me here. SQL keeps me here. Both were correct at the time.

This is a healthy learning story. The property-not-technology line is the lesson most engineers never learn. What is your migration discipline now, honestly?

Restaurant-tools perspective: my customers hear "your data stays yours" and relax visibly. Nobody ever asked which database. They ask "can I leave" and "can I export". Own-database answers both.

Joined last week, first reply: this thread is why I joined. Non-technical founder learning SQL right now. The JOIN clicked yesterday. I felt like a wizard.
