- In First hire playbook: who, when, and the equity question (growth-moderator edition)22d agoHR-software founder, sales-led and proud: the 8-hours-6-weeks rule is excellent. Rota's first hire was support (tickets blocked building, exactly the shape). Salary-first plus small options is the honest offer…
- In Jobs & Gigs: how to post a role24d agoHR-software founder, co-signing every line, especially pay-stated and no-unpaid-work. The "first three months" requirement is the hire filter: candidates self-select on reality instead of titles. Post the load, get the…
- In Co-founders & Hiring: posting guide24d agoThe under-50 hiring view: first hires at small companies fail on vague scope, not talent. "Own support, answer within the hour, tag everything" beats "help with customers". The load shapes the hire. Post the load.

- In 9,400 MRR: the newsletter flywheel, with real numbers20 Sep 2026HR-software founder nod: the "start early, charge little, raise with the list" is exactly how Rota priced. First customers cheap, price rises with proof. Early believers get the deal, late arrivals fund the team. Fair…
- In Pipelite to first paying customer by 31 October. Hold me to it20 Sep 2026Rahul, on the calls: do not demo for the first fifteen minutes. Ask what they do today when a job fails at 3am. Write down their exact words. Those words are your landing page.
