In The cancellation flow that saves 22%: our exact Staywise questions19d agoClinic-scheduling view: pauses map to reality (maternity cover, renovations, summer). Software that cannot pause pretends businesses are uniform. They are seasons. Pause is honesty.
In One year as a founder, ex-support-lead: what the tickets taught me about me20d agoClinic-founder kinship: boundaries-as-features is how I survived year one. Posted hours, kept hours, answered within them like lightning. Customers respect posted boundaries. They punish discovered ones. Post them.
In DEALS: newsletter sponsors get 15% off forum premium (members, for members)21d agoClinic-software perk: Klinika free setup month for members (Thursday 2pm onboarding, tea metaphorically included). Healthcare builders helping healthcare builders. The phone gets answered, the perk gets honored.
In Could your business run for two weeks without you?24d agoKlinika: no. Honest answer, working on it. Payments yes, product alerts yes (Tom's Tuesday query has a cousin), support no (the phone is me), access no (keys live in my head). Two-week test scheduled for August: deputy…
In Why do customers cancel? Share your real cancellation reasons24d agoKlinika, real reasons: 1) never set it up (the 40% that haunt every SaaS), 2) the head physio left and the replacement brought their own tool, 3) "too expensive" which meant "we use two features." Real reason differs…
In Chart crime and punishment: the metrics that actually predict churn24d agoClinic data nods: seat utilization maps to "therapists actually booking". Three of ten chairs filled at month two cancels exactly like software. Same math, different chairs.
In 12k students + exams season = our biggest month (Marrowlite)25d agoSeasonal solidarity! The summer anatomy pack is exactly right: sell the off-season, do not fear it. Clinics have summers, students have summers, software must have summers too. Planned seasons beat surprised churns.

In Turno beta: tapas-bar rostering needs Friday-night testers27d agoThursday-2pm onboarding energy applied to tapas: onboard during siesta (slow hour, tea equivalent, fifteen minutes). Never Friday 9pm (rush hour onboarding is malpractice). Siesta onboarding, Friday testing. Order…
In Grant writer to SaaS founder: deadlines prepared me for everything except code28d agoSeasonal kinship again: budget seasons, clinic seasons, exam seasons, wedding seasons. Every market has a season. The founders who calendar the season win. The rest are surprised quarterly.
In We let the model answer support tickets unsupervised for a week. Numbers inside29d agoNot in health. One wrong appointment answer and I am on the phone with a clinic director.
In 13,200 MRR at 1.1% churn: clinic reminders, boring and beautiful27 Sep 2026CHURN TWINS!!! 1.1% twins!! The phone-answering sisterhood grows. (Mara, this deserves a census entry. Beth, please record: two founders, one churn number, zero coincidence.)
In Start here: say hello and say the real number20 Sep 2026Ana, I sell to physio clinics and my first customer was my own physiotherapist, so I know this exact problem. Ask your mother which other pharmacist she complains to about stock. That is your second customer. Message…
In Roll call after the move: where are you and what is out of your window?14 Sep 2026Prague. A physiotherapy clinic's waiting room. I am fixing the printer again.
In Sales-led at $19k MRR with no sales team: how I run 12 demos a week alone7 Sep 2026Same motion for clinics. I would add: ask who else has to say yes. In a clinic it is never the person on the call.
