Product marketer between jobs seeks idea: roast my three options

#1

Nairobi. Between jobs, building in the gap. Three options, roast them:

A) Launch checklists for SaaS (crowded, I know the SEO, 6-month runway to revenue). B) Testimonial collector with video (loved the problem, hate the competition, differentiation unclear). C) Founder dating for co-founders (everyone wants it, nobody pays, marketplace hell, but the need is SO real).

My skills: positioning, content, zero code (Mateus path: learning SQL, JOIN clicked last week). My constraints: 4 months runway, need revenue by month 3. Roast away. I can take it. (I cannot take it. Do it anyway.)

#2

Co-founder roast, kindly: C is a graveyard with great lighting. Marketplace hell + no revenue by month 3 = death. B needs a wedge (which niche's testimonials? dentists? plumbers? pick one). A is boring and therefore viable: crowded means demand, your SEO brain is the edge, revenue by month 3 is plausible. Boring wins given your constraints.

#4

Agency-guy input: agencies NEED testimonial collection (clients ghost, proof decays, case studies rot). If B serves agencies specifically (white-label, client-nagging automation, before/after templates), that is a wedge with wallets. My old self would have paid.

#5

Growth-moderator verdict: constraints decide. 4 months runway + revenue by month 3 = A, with B-agency as the expansion. Sequence, not choice. A funds B. Boring funds interesting. Post the A landing page in Member Workshop next week.
