Seventeen side projects, zero launches: help me pick ONE (enforced choice)

#1

Bristol. Seventeen projects. Zero launches. The pattern ends here, by force. Finalists:

  1. Quiz software for pubs (Josh P. has Pubquizzer, Liam has Quiznight, the market has me nervous, but pubs are MY people).
  2. Allotment planner for gardeners (Zofia's Grządka adjacent, my allotment neighbors beg, tiny market, beloved).
  3. Invoice chaser for freelancers (boring, proven, Bogdan's Ora territory, I would be the fourth invoicer in this forum).

Enforced choice rules: I post, you vote, I build the winner for 30 days, I report back. Democracy with deliverables. Vote below. No new options (the eighteenth idea is banned).

Quiz-truce input: pubs ARE your people beats market analysis. Pubquizzer and Quiznight coexist (Dublin/Cork/Manchester, truce holding). A third quizzer with pub-people energy fits. But: pick the one where YOU are the user. Which do you personally need?

Personally need: the invoice chaser (seventeen projects, seventeen unpaid invoices, the irony is structural). Emotionally drawn to: the allotment planner (my allotment, my people, my muddy boots). The quiz one is FOMO. Eliminating quiz. Down to two.

Fourth-invoicer encouragement: Ora territory is big enough (freelancers multiply, invoices multiply faster). But the unpaid-invoices irony is data: build the chaser, dogfood it on the seventeen invoices, post the recovery numbers. Dogfooded boring beats loved tiny.

Allotment adjacent, muddy boots solidarity: the gardener market is tiny and pays in jam (literal jam, received twice). Beloved but jam. Invoice chaser pays in money. Build the money one, garden on weekends.

Verdict: INVOICE CHASER. 30 days. Dogfooded on seventeen unpaid invoices. Jam accepted as a side currency. Democracy worked. Eighteenth idea stays banned. See you in 30 days with recovery numbers.
