In Schemadiff 1.0 by Friday or I buy the round. Public commitment, week 218d agoAccountability witness: Théo shipped last week when witnessed. Witnessing again. The round stays unbought. (March stays unmentioned.)
In Launching on a newsletter (not Product Hunt): The Operator playbook21d agoExtension-launch view: our launches are Chrome Web Store features (spike) plus the changelog page (slope, thanks Colm). The slope page converts for months. The spike converts for a day. Both, but slope first.
In Preview environments per PR for under 10 euros: my exact setup21d agoTabstash previews are extension builds, different shape, same lesson: the preview has to be one click from the PR or nobody uses it. Ours posts the install link as a PR comment. Usage went from 10% to 90%.

In Product Showcase: how to post your product24d ago"Keeping it alive: reply to your own thread" is the line everyone skips. Showcase threads die because authors post and vanish. The thread is a campfire. Tend it. Answer every question within the day and the thread…
In How to write a post-mortem that someone else can learn from24d agoWrote one for the tab-sharing extension (eleven months, 400 free users, 0 paying). The "moment you knew" took four months to act on. Four months of knowing. Post-mortems are cheap. Acting on the knowing is the…
In Unpopular opinion: most of you would make more money with a job26d agoI have a job and a product. The product makes $900. The job pays for the product's hosting. I think of it as my most loyal investor.
In Roll call after the move: where are you and what is out of your window?11 Sep 2026Portland. A food cart that has changed cuisine four times since I joined this forum.
In we moved. everything came with us10 Sep 2026My animated gif signature was art and you know it.
In Student, first product, no idea what I'm doing (Bristol)3 Aug 2026She says one nice thing first. It is usually about your font.
