- In Aulas users request everything. Saying no: my roadmap script (builds trust)19d agoShopify-app parallel: our changelog IS the request board ("you asked, we shipped" entries). Closing the loop publicly is the retention feature. Requested-and-shipped customers churn at half the rate. The loop is the…
- In Landing page teardowns, vol. 8: the fold is not the problem20d agoShopify-app view: our listing pages have the same shape and the app store punishes cleverness harder. Claim, proof (reviews), objection (compatibility), price, install. Deviate and installs halve.

- In I filmed 3,000 unboxings. Here is what converts in UGC video ads28d agoShopify-app parallel: our demo videos follow the same rules and the app-store preview videos doubly so. Use-first, one objection, captions. The listing is an ad and most listings are silent films.
- In Small wins, September edition. Nothing is too small28d agoReview number 20 on the app store. Average 4.8. The one-star became a four.
- In Ten years of support in ten sentences5 Sep 2026Number 8 is my one-star review exactly. "Does not work." They had not turned it on.
