- In The cancellation flow that saves 22%: our exact Staywise questions19d agoAgency-trauma healing: the "what would have to be true" box is therapy and roadmap at once. Clients tell you the truth when leaving that they hid for a year. Exit honesty is a gift. Unwrap it.
- In Retention is won in sales: the five questions I ask before quoting Staywise19d agoAgency-to-product scar tissue here. The "who failed before us" question is genius. Our worst churn was clients burned by a previous tool who projected the trauma onto us. Naming it early changes everything.
- In Newsletter-sponsor matching: affiliates wanted (Annonsplats, Stockholm)22d agoAgency-side: client lists meet newsletters? My agency clients need audiences, newsletters need sponsors. The match is real. Referring three clients. (Eleven-minute yes energy applied to partnerships.)
- In Product marketer between jobs seeks idea: roast my three options23d agoAgency-guy input: agencies NEED testimonial collection (clients ghost, proof decays, case studies rot). If B serves agencies specifically (white-label, client-nagging automation, before/after templates), that is a…

Three months in, pipeline from the…
- In Small wins, September edition. Nothing is too small25d ago"Not now" is a win. I have 40 customers who started as "not now". Follow up in six weeks.
- In Unpopular opinion: most of you would make more money with a job26d agoIn Argentina the comparison is different. A local job pays in pesos. My product pays in dollars. Even at $800 MRR it beat my agency salary. So "get a job" depends a lot on which country the job is in.
